Our wild boar are reared on natural grassland and woodland, take twelve to fourteen months to mature and are given feed primarily rooted from the terrain. The meat is well marbled and has a distinctive flavour all of its own. Wild boar, known as Sanglier in France is eaten widely on the Mediterranean Corridor and is regularly seen on the menus of most restaurants.
