A medium-sized, plump game bird from the pheasant family. Our grey legged (English) partridge has delicate and tender flesh and as each bird weighs approx. 350-450g we suggest on per person.
Simply roasted these birds are delicious and make for a lovely autumnal feast.
The season for partridge runs from the 1st September to the 1st February and as with all of our game they are supplied via a fully licensed

Grey legged partridge are however quite rare and not always available.
Orders received by Tuesday AM will be despatched on Wednesday using an overnight courier service. All orders are despatched in chilled boxes to keep ambient temperature and will be delivered to your preferred address on Thursday between 9am-4pm (unless otherwise requested). Do worry if you are not in, our courier service will leave the order in a safe place (or designated place if requested on the delivery instructions).
Orders received after Tuesday will be despatched the following Wednesday – however urgent orders can be accommodated.
