Venison stir fry with noodles and greens

Method : Marinade the Venison for 10 minutes Cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Add a little oil and sesame oil to a wok or large frying pan and fry the mushrooms and spring onions for a couple of minutes then set aside and keep warm. Add a little more oil to the wok and cook the vegetables with a couple of tablespoons of the marinade until they soften then set aside. Cook the meat very quickly in the Wok and serve with the noodles, vegetables and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and a side dish of soy sauce and chilli if required.
