We have now added a range of Yorkshire Lamb to our products. Our lamb is sourced from local farms in the Yorkshire Dales and the Vale of York, where good grassland has enabled the best sweetest tasting lambs to be produced for the table, including our own Herdwick lamb, only available at certain times.
