Our venison T bone steaks weigh approx 200g or 7oz.  They are cut from the saddle and so contains fillet and loin either side of the T bone. Individually packed, these are ideal cuts for grilling, pan frying or on the BBQ.

Cooking tips:
As venison is so lean, it’s important not to overcook. Venison retains the heat, so always use a very hot pan, cook the meat for two to three minutes each side and then leave it to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes to disperse the pink juices.
