Venison and smoked bacon burger
This is the perfect recipe for the family BBQ this summer courtesy of Jamie Clinton, Chef, Shears Yard, Leeds.
Serves 8-12 depending on the size of your patties!

- Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (or get the kids to get stuck in!).
- Once everything is well combined roll into balls and pat down to get burger shaped patties.
- Cook on the grill or BBQ till cooked through and serve.
