Venison and smoked bacon burger

This is the perfect recipe for the family BBQ this summer courtesy of Jamie Clinton, Chef, Shears Yard, Leeds. Serves 8-12 depending on the size of your patties! Method
  1. Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (or get the kids to get stuck in!).
  2. Once everything is well combined roll into balls and pat down to get burger shaped patties.
  3. Cook on the grill or BBQ till cooked through and serve.

Serving tips

Serve in toasted buns with all the usual trimmings. Try adding blue cheese on top for an extra special flavour.
