Wild Venison – The Ethical Red Meat

Provenance and how we source our food is at the forefront of the food debate. We’re increasingly mindful of our own personal carbon food prints and people are looking to adjust their lifestyle to eat more seasonally and respect the environment. Food writer Louise Gray recently commented in the Spectator that "Venison is perhaps the most ethical meat we can eat in Britain today." Holme Farm sources its wild venison from British parkland and estates in harmony and respect for the seasons.
