New recipes for Holme Farmed Venison by Jose Luis Souto
Holme Farmed Venison are delighted that the amazing Jose Luis Souto (author of Venison - The Game Larder) has written three new recipes for us which now appear on our website. These are accompanied by some stunning pictures of the dishes taken by photographer Steve Lee.
- Venison, porcini mushroom and red wine stew with pearl barley and a golden bread croute
- Seared venison haunch steak with cajun rub, caper, parsley, baby gherkin, tomato and shallot dressing
- Spicy “Ramen” style venison with glass noodles, oyster mushrooms and ginger
