New recipes for Holme Farmed Venison by Jose Luis Souto

Holme Farmed Venison are delighted that the amazing Jose Luis Souto (author of Venison - The Game Larder) has written three new recipes for us which now appear on our website.  These are accompanied by some stunning pictures of the dishes taken by photographer Steve Lee.   Jose is a game expert who gives master classes on preparation and game cookery to other chefs worldwide, as well as teaching a new generation of student chefs how to cook venison at the Westminster Kingsway College.  As a top chef, he regularly appears at game fairs and events and has now produced a new book all about venison.  With over 50 recipes and more stunning pictures by Steve Lee, this book is everything you need to know about venison - Venison – The Game Larder.
