Cold smoked venison
Our best haunch cuts of venison have been cured and cold smoked over oak chippings before being drizzled in olive oil to offer a wonderful rich, smokey flavour.
Our slices of cold smoked venison come in 100g vacuum packs (approx. 8 slices) and is great for starters, fantastic added to dishes or just served on their own.
Orders are despatched using an overnight courier service and delivery dates can be selected at checkout.
All orders are despatched in chilled boxes to keep ambient temperature and will be delivered to your preferred address between 9am-4pm. Do not worry if you are not in, our courier service will leave the order in a safe place (or designated place if requested on the special instructions at checkout).
Each pack contains approx. 8 slices (100g) and will have a minimum of 7 days shelf life.
