Using prime cuts of pork meat with a generous layer of chicken in the middle, all topped off with sage and onion stuffing available in 454g or 2.5kg size.

Ingredients:- 40% meat (30% pork, 10% chicken), wheat flour (wheat gluten) (contains calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), lard, water, salt,  breadcrumb (wheat), rusk (wheat), dextrose, starch (potato), flavour enhancer (E621), stabilisers (diphosphates E450), flavouring, antioxidants (E301 ascorbic acid),  preservatives (E250, E251), natural flavouring (celery), pepper, nutmeg; yeast, onion, rapeseed oil, flavouring, parsley, sage; beef gelatine, salt, gelling agents (E407), flavour enhancer (E621), dextrose, stabiliser (E508), sunflower oil, dried glucose syrup, flavourings spice extracts, humectant (E1520); dextrin, stabiliser (E412), colour (E160a) For allergy information see above in bold. All care has been taken to remove all bones, however it is possible that some small bones may remain.
