Our venison quick fry steaks are just smaller cuts of our delicious venison steaks. Perfect for simple quick frying or stir fry recipes to create a perfect venison steak meal in minutes.
Packed in pairs and weighing approx 80gms each, our venison quick fry steaks are lean and tender and need only a few minutes in a pan – fantastic for quick fry healthier options. Just brush lightly with oil and flash fry or cut up and add to recipes.
Like our venison steaks, these are cut from the haunch and trimmed to make a perfect and versatile piece of venison.

Cooking tips:
As venison is so lean, it’s important not to overcook. Venison retains the heat, so always use a very hot pan, cook the meat for two to three minutes each side and then leave it to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes to disperse the pink juices.
