Our wild venison grillsteaks have a whooping 90% meat content and are packed in pairs weighing approx 150g each. They are ultimate grillsteak being slightly bigger than our burgers but still, very lean and tasty. Great for a summer barbecue or just a delicious meal in and all are gluten free.
As with our burgers these have a very low fat content and so are best brushed with oil before cooking or barbecuing.
