Our fully hand trimmed wild venison cutlets are taken from the rack and weigh approx. 130g each. With a neatly trimmed bone for a great visual effect meal our venison cutlets are bursting with flavour whilst still being the healthier meat option.
It is still one of the healthiest meats available being low in fat and cholesterol and high in protein and vitamins. Our wild venison cuts will offer you a more intense, gamey flavour and with our team of specialist butchers we can assure tenderness and quality.
Orders are despatched using an overnight courier service and delivery dates can be selected at checkout.
All orders are despatched in chilled boxes to keep ambient temperature and will be delivered to your preferred address between 9am-4pm. Do not worry if you are not in, our courier service will leave the order in a safe place (or designated place if requested on the special instructions at checkout).
