Ready to eat sliced cured and cold smoked ale beef. Marinated for over 2 weeks in Yorkshire beer, herbs and spices then air dried and cold smoked over oak and beech before being sliced into succulent strips. Perfect for salads, tapas, meat platters or simply snack on straight from the pack.
