Our wild venison loin steaks are the king of cuts. Taken from the striploin and packed in 2’s these are neat, tender cuts from the best part and make a great evening meal simply flash fried and sliced.

Venison is a nutrient-rich food that is much lower in fat than other red meats. Being wild venison these medallion steaks will have a richer, more intense gamey flavour but will be just as tender and succulent as our farmed.

All orders are despatched in chilled boxes to keep ambient temperature and will be delivered to your preferred address between 9am-4pm. Cooking tips:
As venison is so lean, it’s important not to overcook. Venison retains the heat, so always use a very hot pan, cook the meat for two to three minutes each side and then leave it to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes to disperse the pink juices.
