Our high quality venison sausages are all gluten free and contain 55% venison meat and 25% pork meat to offer a succulent, rich and tasty venison sausage. Packed in 300g packs (approx.6 sausages) these are great cooked in all the usual ways of grilling, frying, oven baked or on the good old barbecue.
As a high quality venison sausage it offers you full flavour but still being lower in fat that other sausages.
Using venison from our deer raised on our own and associated farms you can be assured that these are superior gluten free sausages.
